The application of perioperative nursing in elderly patients with brittle hip fractures
快速康复外科理念围手术期护理在老年脆性髋部骨折患者中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨分析在老年脆性髋部骨折患者围手术期护理中应用快速康复外科（FTS）理念的实际价值。方法 此次研究实施于2022年3月至2024年3月，选取研究对象82例，经专科诊断均确诊为脆性髋部骨折，且患者均为老年人。将82例患者分配为2组，即对照组、观察组，每组41例，在护理期间分别对其实施常规护理、基于FTS理念的护理，并对比两组患者的恢复情况及并发症发生率。结果 通过髋关节功能（Harris评分）、日常生活能力（ADL评分）、疼痛情况（VAS评分）的评估看，护理后观察组以上指标均更优（P＜0.05）；在并发症方面，观察组、对照组分别出现2例、5例并发症情况，发生率分别为4.87%、12.19%，观察组并发症发生率更低（P＜0.05）。结论 老年脆性髋部骨折患者围手术期护理中应用FTS理念护理具有极高价值，可减轻疼痛，有助于髋关节功能恢复，并可提高日常生活能力、降低并发症风险。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the practical value of rapid rehabilitation surgery (FTS) in perioperative nursing of elderly patients with brittle hip fractures.
Methods This study was conducted from March 2022 to March 2024, and 82 subjects were selected, all of whom were diagnosed with fragile hip fracture by specialist diagnosis, and the patients were all elderly. The 82 patients were divided into 2 groups, namely control group and observation group, with 41 cases in each group. During the nursing period, routine nursing and FTS based nursing were respectively administered to them, and the recovery and complication rate of the two groups were compared.
Results According to hip function (Harris score), ability of daily living (ADL score) and pain status (VAS score), the above indexes were better in the observation group after nursing (P < 0.05). In terms of complications, there were 2 cases in the observation group and 5 cases in the control group, the incidence of complications were 4.87% and 12.19%, respectively, and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of FTS concept in perioperative nursing care of elderly patients with brittle hip fractures is of high value, which can reduce pain, contribute to the recovery of hip function, improve daily living ability and reduce the risk of complications.
