Application of team nursing model in patients with unilateral spatial neglect after stroke
团队护理模式在脑卒中后单侧空间忽略患者中的应用

摘要

目的 分析在脑卒中后单侧空间忽略患者中应用团队护理模式的效果。方法 从本院抽取90例资料完整的脑卒中后单侧空间忽略患者作为主要分析对象，选取时间为2023年6月-2024年6月，将患者依据“双盲法”平均分为2组。一组应用常规护理方法，视为参照组（n=45）；另一组采用团队护理模式，视为研究组（n=45）；评估患者护理前后的日常生活能力和自我护理能力，记录评估结果进行比较。结果 对两组患者干预后的Barthel指数进行统计发现研究组干预3个月后的相关指数高于参照组，存在显著差异和统计学意义（P＜0.05）；自我护理能力比较，研究组高于参照组，数据差异明显有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；满意度记录后，研究组高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针对脑卒中后单侧空间忽略患者采用团队护理模式，能够有效地改善患者的自我护理能力和生活能力，同时还能够提高护理满意度，值得借鉴和推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of team nursing in patients with unilateral spatial neglect after stroke.
Methods 90 patients with unilateral spatial neglect after stroke with complete data were selected from our hospital as the main analysis object, and the selected time was from June 2023 to June 2024, and the patients were divided into 2 groups according to the "double-blind method". One group was treated with conventional nursing methods and was regarded as the reference group (n=45). The other group adopted the team nursing mode and was regarded as the study group (n=45). Patients' daily living ability and self-care ability were assessed before and after care, and the assessment results were recorded for comparison.
Results The Barthel index of the two groups after intervention was statistically found to be higher in the research group than in the reference group after 3 months of intervention, with significant difference and statistical significance (P < 0.05). The self-care ability of the study group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After recording satisfaction, the study group was higher than the reference group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The team nursing model for patients with unilateral spatial neglect after stroke can effectively improve patients' self-care ability and life ability, and also improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of reference and promotion.
