脊柱骨折患者围术期护理中应用多元化健康宣教护理干预的效果

摘要

目的 分析脊柱骨折患者围术期护理中应用多元化健康宣教护理干预的效果。方法 选择2023年3月~2024年3月在我院接受治疗的100例脊柱骨折的患者作为研究对象，将患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组在围手术期实施常规护理干预，观察组在对照组的基础上实施多元化健康宣教护理干预。对比两组并发症发生率及生活质量。结果 观察组的感染、压疮以及血栓形成发生率显著低于对照组，其差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的各项生活质量评分明显高于对照组，其差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 脊柱骨折患者围术期护理中应用多元化健康宣教护理干预能有效减少患者并发症的发生、提高其生活质量，本研究为脊柱骨折患者的围术期护理提供了新的思路和方法。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of diversified health education and nursing interventions in perioperative care for patients with spinal fractures.
Methods 100 patients with spinal fractures who received treatment in our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing interventions during the perioperative period, while the observation group received diversified health education and nursing interventions on the basis of the control group. Compare the incidence of complications and quality of life between two groups.
Results The incidence of infection, pressure ulcers, and thrombosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of diversified health education and nursing interventions in perioperative care of patients with spinal fractures can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications and improve their quality of life. This study provides new ideas and methods for perioperative care of spinal fracture patients.
