Effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing on postoperative compliance behavior and quality of life of perioperative cataract patients
多学科协作护理对白内障围术期患者术后遵医行为和生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 探究多学科协作护理对白内障围术期患者术后遵医行为和生活质量的影响。方法 选择2023年6月~2023年11月南京医科大学眼科医院收治的84例白内障患者，将其按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组，每组42例，对照组接受常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上接受多学科协作护理，记录两组术后遵医行为、生活质量、并发症发生率。结果 （1）在患者出院后1个月，观察组按时用药、自我检测、主动求诊等术后遵医行为得分均明显高于对照组，P＜0.05；（2）在护理前，两组生活质量对比无显著差异，P＞0.05；在患者出院1个月后，两组生活质量得分均比护理前显著提高，且观察组生活质量得分显著高于对照组，P＜0.05；（3）观察组青光眼、视网膜脱落等并发症发生率显著低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 给予白内障围术期患者多学科协作护理能有效促进患者术后遵医行为，提高其生活质量，减少其并发症，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing on postoperative compliance behavior and quality of life of perioperative cataract patients.
Methods A total of 84 cataract patients admitted to the Eye Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from June 2023 to November 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received multidisciplinary collaborative nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Compliance behavior, quality of life and incidence of complications were recorded in both groups.
Results (1) One month after discharge, the scores of compliance behavior in the observation group, such as medication on time, self-examination and active consultation, were significantly higher than those in the control group, P < 0.05; (2) Before nursing, there was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups, P > 0.05; One month after discharge, the quality of life scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before nursing, and the quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, P < 0.05; (3) The incidence of complications such as glaucoma and retinal detachment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, P < 0.05.
Conclusion   Multidisciplinary collaborative nursing in perioperative cataract patients can effectively promote compliance behavior, improve quality of life and reduce complications, which is worthy of popularization and application.
