Interventional analysis of the concept of rapid recovery surgery in perioperative nursing of lung cancer radical surgery
快速康复外科理念在肺癌根治术围手术期护理中的干预分析

摘要

目的 分析快速康复外科理念在肺癌根治术围手术期护理中的干预。方法 选择我院2023年1月-2024年1月期间收治的行肺癌根治术患者100例，将其按随机分组方法分为对照组（50例，采取常规护理干预）和观察组（50例，采取基于快速康复外科理念的护理干预），比较两组临床护理效果。结果 观察组患者的并发症发生率、疼痛评分均低于对照组。观察组患者首次排气时间、首次下床时间、住院时间均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在对行肺癌根治术患者实施快速康复外科理念的护理干预取得明显的效果，可显著减轻患者疼痛，降低并发症发生率，促进术后康复。有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the intervention of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in perioperative nursing of radical resection of lung cancer.
Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into control group (50 cases with routine nursing intervention) and observation group (50 cases with nursing intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery). The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The complication rate and pain score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The first exhaust time, the first time to get out of bed and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The nursing intervention with the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer has achieved an obvious effect, which can significantly reduce the pain of patients, reduce the incidence of complications and promote postoperative rehabilitation. It has high application value.
