The effect of comfort nursing in nursing of coronary heart disease patients in community and its influence on quality of life

摘要
目的 分析探讨舒适护理用于社区冠心病患者护理中的效果及其对生活质量的影响。方法 选取社区2021年-2023年冠心病患者100例为观察对象，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，其中对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者采用舒适护理，将两组患者护理效果与生活质量进行比较。结果 观察组护理总有效率高于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能方面评分优于对照组，生活质量高于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 舒适护理用于社区冠心病患者护理中效果显著，可有效提高患者生活质量，对患者后续修养身体有积极作用，在临床护理中值得广泛应用。

Abstract
Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of comfort nursing in nursing of coronary heart disease patients in community and its influence on quality of life. Methods 100 patients with CHD in the community from 2021 to 2023 were selected as observation objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing and patients in the observation group received comfort nursing. The nursing effect and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of physical function, role function, emotional function and social function of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfort nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease in the community, and has a positive effect on patients' subsequent physical cultivation, which is worthy of extensive application in clinical nursing.
