Application effect analysis of operating room nursing management in spinal endoscopic surgery based on the nine-palace thinking model
基于九宫格思维模型的手术室护理管理在脊柱内镜手术中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨脊柱内镜手术围术期采用基于九宫格思维模型的手术室护理管理，对手术效率、护理质量等方面的影响。方法 选取2023年2月-2024年2月期间我院收治的86例腰椎间盘突出及腰椎管狭窄患者作为研究对象，均采用脊柱内镜手术治疗，其中43例患者在手术期间接受常规护理管理，归为对照组，其余43例患者在手术期间接受基于九宫格思维模型的手术室护理管理；对比两种护理管理制度干预下，手术效率、护理质量、医师及患者对手术期护理的满意度。结果 ①观察组手术准备时间（30.16±8.54）min、手术用时（103.56±18.93）min、连台手术周转时间（28.49±9.54）min，均明显少于对照组，P≤0.004；②观察组器械合格率（97.67%）、手术敷料浸湿率（6.98%）、低体温发生率（4.65%），均明显优于对照组，P＜0.05；③观察组手术配合评分（47.65±2.13）分、应急处理评分（46.35±3.68）分、专业技能评分（47.67±2.24）分、文书记录评分（48.46±2.11）分、患者满意度评分（95.76±1.84）分，均明显高于对照组，P＜0.05；差异均有统计学意义。结论 采用基于九宫格思维模型的手术室护理管理可以显著提高脊柱内镜手术效率，减少人为差错，确保手术效果及安全性，全面提升医疗水平，获得患者更高评价。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of nursing management based on the nine-box thinking model in the perioperative period of spinal endoscopic surgery on surgical efficiency and nursing quality.
Methods A total of 86 patients with lumbar disc herniation and lumbar spinal stenosis admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects, all of whom were treated with spinal endoscopic surgery. Among them, 43 patients received routine nursing management during surgery and were classified as the control group. The remaining 43 patients received the operating room nursing management based on the nine-grid thinking model during the operation. Compared with the intervention of the two nursing management systems, the surgical efficiency, nursing quality and the satisfaction of doctors and patients to the nursing during the operation.
Results ① The operation preparation time (30.16±8.54) min, operation time (103.56±18.93) min and operation turnaround time (28.49±9.54) min in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, P≤0.004; ② The acceptance rate of instruments (97.67%), the wetting rate of surgical dressing (6.98%) and the incidence of hypothermia (4.65%) in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, P < 0.05; ③ Surgical cooperation score (47.65±2.13), emergency treatment score (46.35±3.68), professional skill score (47.67±2.24), document record score (48.46±2.11) and patient satisfaction score (95.76±1.84) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. P < 0.05; The differences were statistically significant.
Conclusion   The operating room nursing management based on the nine-grid thinking model can significantly improve the efficiency of spinal endoscopic surgery, reduce human errors, ensure the surgical effect and safety, comprehensively improve the medical level, and obtain higher evaluation from patients.
