Effect analysis of clinical nursing intervention combined with quality control circle for the incidence of adverse events in hemodialysis room nursing
临床护理干预联合品管圈用于血透室护理中不良事件发生率的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析临床护理干预联合品管圈用于血透室护理中不良事件发生率的效果。方法：将我院于2022年4月-2024年4月收治的84例血透透析患者作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各42例。对照组应用临床护理干预，观察组在对照组基础上加以品管圈干预，对比两组护理效果。结果：观察组应用临床护理干预联合品管圈后，其健康知识掌握程度、自我管理能力、不良事件发生率、生活质量评分均显著优于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）。结论：临床护理干预联合品管圈用于血透室护理中效果显著，可有效提升血透透析患者健康知识掌握程度，并提高其自我管理能力，从而降低不良事件发生风险，提升其生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing intervention combined with quality control circle on the incidence of adverse events in hemodialysis room nursing.
Methods 84 patients with hemodialysis admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clinical nursing intervention, the observation group was treated with quality control circle intervention on the basis of the control group, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.
Results After clinical nursing intervention combined with quality control circle, the health knowledge mastery, self-management ability, adverse event incidence and quality of life score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the comparison between groups was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Clinical nursing intervention combined with quality control circle is effective in hemodialysis room nursing, which can effectively improve the health knowledge of hemodialysis patients and improve their self-management ability, so as to reduce the risk of adverse events and improve their quality of life.
