The effect of applying the continuity of traditional Chinese medicine nursing model to patients with ulcerative colitis
延续性中医护理模式应用于溃疡性结肠炎患者的效果

摘要

目的 分析延续性中医护理模式应用于溃疡性结肠炎患者的效果。方法 选择我院于2023年1月-2023年12月内收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者10例，将其按随机分组方法分为对照组（5例，采取常规护理方法）和观察组（5例，在常规护理基础上，采取延续性中医护理模式），对两组患者护理满意度、生活质量评分及心理状态评分进行比对和评估。结果 两组在护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组的患者护理满意度和生活质量评分均高于对照组，同时观察组患者心理状态评分低于对照组。差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在对溃疡性结肠炎患者实施延续性中医护理模式取得明显的效果，可显著提高患者的护理满意度和生活质量，改善患者心理状态，在实际应用中具有较高价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode applied to patients with ulcerative colitis.
Methods Ten patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group (5 cases, adopting conventional nursing methods) and observation group (5 cases, adopting continuous traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode on the basis of conventional nursing). Nursing satisfaction, quality of life score and psychological status score of the two groups were compared and evaluated.
Results Both groups achieved a certain effect after nursing, but the nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the psychological status scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The continuous Chinese medicine nursing mode has achieved obvious effect on patients with ulcerative colitis, which can significantly improve patients' nursing satisfaction and quality of life, improve patients' psychological state, and has high value in practical application.
