摘要
目的 分析老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者采用喘病中医护理方案的临床效果。方法 选择我院于2023年1月-2023年12月内收治的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者20例，将其按随机分组方法分为对照组（10例，采取常规护理方法）和观察组（10例，在常规护理基础上，采取喘病中医护理方案），对两组的临床护理效果，如患者护理满意度和患者肺功能指标评分进行比对和评估。结果 两组在护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组的患者护理满意度和肺功能指标评分均高于对照组。差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施喘病中医护理方案取得明显的效果，可显著提高患者的护理满意度，改善患者的肺功能，在实际应用中具有较高价值。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme for asthmatic disease in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Twenty elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group (10 cases, taking conventional nursing methods) and observation group (10 cases, taking traditional Chinese medicine nursing program for asthmatics on the basis of routine nursing). Clinical nursing effect of the two groups was analyzed. For example, patients' nursing satisfaction and patients' pulmonary function index score were compared and evaluated. Results Both groups achieved a certain effect after nursing, but the nursing satisfaction and pulmonary function index scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program for asthmatics has achieved obvious results, can significantly improve patients' nursing satisfaction, improve patients' lung function, and has a high value in practical application.
