人性化干预措施在耳鼻喉科连台手术患者术前护理的应用探讨

摘要

目的 分析和研究在耳鼻喉科连台手术患者术前护理中实施人性化干预措施起到的效果和作用。方法 本次实验时间为2023年2月至2024年2月,实验对象为该期间在本院耳鼻喉科进行连台手术治疗的60例患者,将其按照入院治疗先后顺序分为人数相同的两个小组,纳入对照组的共30例患者,实施常规护理干预。纳入观察组的共30例患者,实施人性化干预措施,干预后对两组患者心理状况、护理满意度等进行对比。结果 对比研究结果可以得知,观察组患者焦虑、抑郁情绪得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者对护理服务持有满意态度的人数占比93.33%,对照组为76.66%,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 耳鼻喉科连台手术患者手术治疗之前进行人性化干预能够有效缓解其不良情绪,也能从细致、优质护理服务的提供中提升其满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and study the effect and function of humanized intervention measures in preoperative nursing of patients undergoing otolaryngology operation.
Methods This experiment was conducted from February 2023 to February 2024. The experimental subjects were 60 patients who underwent joint operation in the ENT department of our hospital during this period. They were divided into two groups with the same number of patients according to the order of admission treatment, and a total of 30 patients were included in the control group, and routine nursing intervention was implemented. A total of 30 patients were included in the observation group, and humanized intervention measures were implemented. After intervention, the psychological status and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results It can be seen from the comparative study results that the anxiety and depression scores of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). 93.33% of patients in the observation group and 76.66% in the control group were satisfied with nursing services, the difference was significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Humanized intervention before operation can effectively relieve the bad mood of the patients with ENT surgery, and also can improve their satisfaction with the provision of meticulous and high-quality nursing services.
