Analysis of the application effect of bedside ultrasound-guided peripheral venipuncture in patientswith difficulty in venipuncture in ICU
床旁超声引导外周静脉穿刺在ICU静脉穿刺困难患者的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 探究ICU静脉穿刺困难患者，进行外周静脉穿刺时采用床旁超声引导的应用价值。方法 选取2022年7月～2023年12月我院80例ICU患者参与分析，以随机抽签法分组，对照组传统盲穿法，研究组床旁超声引导穿刺，每组患者人数40例，分析患者穿刺情况，一次穿刺成功率，以及穿刺满意度。结果 研究组患者穿刺次数、穿刺时间、VAS评分低于对照组，P＜0.05。研究组一次穿刺成功率比较对照组更高，P＜0.05。研究组患者满意度比较对照组更高，P＜0.05。结论 临床使用床旁超声引导下进行外周静脉穿刺，能提高ICU患者一次穿刺成功率，缓解患者穿刺疼痛，提高满意度，值得广泛推荐。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of bedside ultrasound guidance in patients with difficulty in venipuncture in ICU.
Methods From July 2022 to December 2023, 80 ICU patients in our hospital were selected to participate in the analysis. They were randomly divided into two groups, the traditional blind puncture method in the control group and the bedside ultrasound-guided puncture in the research group, with 40 patients in each group. The puncture situation, the success rate of one puncture and the satisfaction of puncture were analyzed.
Results The puncture times, puncture time and VAS score in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The success rate of puncture in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction degree of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and there was statistical significance between the two groups.
Conclusion   Clinical use of bedside ultrasound-guided peripheral vein puncture can improve the success rate of one puncture in ICU patients, relieve the puncture pain of patients and improve their satisfaction, which is worthy of wide recommendation.
