Study on the influence of nursing health education on acupuncture and moxibustion flash pot treatment of peripheral facial paralysis
护理健康教育对针灸闪罐治疗周围性面瘫的影响研究

摘要

目的 分析针灸闪罐治疗周围性面瘫患者的过程中应用护理健康教育的影响。方法 患者均从接受针灸闪罐治疗的周围性面瘫中抽取，开展时间为2023年4月，结束时间为2024年4月，从中选取70例确诊且资料完整的患者，并采用“双盲选”法进行分组，两个小组各获得35例，一组是参照组使用常规护理，另一组是研究组使用护理健康教育，记录结果并比较。结果 对两组护理后患者的康复时间进行统计，发现研究组的各项时间均短于参照组；临床总有效率比较研究组明显高于参照组，差异显著有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 使用护理健康教育对针灸闪罐治疗周围性面瘫患者进行干预，能够有效地缩短康复时间，提高临床整体效果，在临床中具有较高的推广和应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing health education in the treatment of patients with peripheral facial paralysis by acupuncture and moxibustion.
Methods All patients were selected from peripheral facial palsy who received acupuncture and moxibustion flash pot treatment. The implementation time was April 2023 and the end time was April 2024. 70 patients with confirmed and complete data were selected and divided into two groups by "double blind selection" method. 35 cases were obtained in each group. The other was a study group that used nursing health education, recorded the results and compared them.
Results The recovery time of the two groups after nursing was statistically analyzed, and it was found that the time of the study group was shorter than that of the reference group. The total clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The use of nursing health education in the treatment of patients with peripheral facial palsy can effectively shorten the rehabilitation time, improve the overall clinical effect, and have high promotion and application value in clinical.
