Clinical effect and nursing observation of auricular point sticking combined with acupoint applyingin the treatment of children with pneumonia and cough
耳穴贴压联合穴位敷贴辅助治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的临床疗效及护理观察

摘要

目的 分析耳穴贴压联合穴位敷贴辅助治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽的临床疗效及护理观察。方法 选择我院于2023年1月-2023年12月内收治的小儿肺炎喘嗽患儿100例，将其按随机分组方法分为对照组（50例，采取常规治疗方法）和观察组（50例，采取耳穴贴压联合穴位敷贴治疗方法），对两组的临床治疗效果，如患儿的咳嗽缓解时间，体温恢复时间、肺啰音消失时间等症状缓解时间及患儿住院时间和肺功能指标进行比对和评估。结果 观察组患儿的咳嗽缓解时间，体温恢复时间、肺啰音消失时间及住院时间均低于对照组患儿。同时观察组患儿的肺功能指标评分高于对照组患儿，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在对小儿肺炎喘嗽患儿实施耳穴贴压联合穴位敷贴治疗取得明显的效果，可显著改善患儿的肺功能，加快症状缓解促进患儿康复，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and nursing observation of acupoint pressing in the treatment of children with pneumonia and asthma.
Methods select our hospital in January 2023-2023 in 12 pediatric pneumonia cough 100 cases, according to the randomization method is divided into control group (50 cases, conventional treatment) and observation group (50 cases, the ear pressure combined acupoint application treatment), the clinical treatment effect of two groups, such as children with cough relief time, temperature recovery time, lung rale resolution time and children hospitalization time and lung function index for comparison and evaluation.
Results The time of cough relief, temperature recovery, lung rale disappearance and hospitalization in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. All the children of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were significant (P <0.05).
Conclusion   In the treatment of children with pneumonia and cough, it can significantly improve the lung function of children, accelerate the relief of symptoms and promote the recovery of children, and have high application value.
