摘要
目的 分析探讨"医护协同以护为主"教学模式在临床护理课程教学中的评价。方法 选择我院重症医学科2022年12月-2023年12月期间实习护士150例,分为观察组("医护协同以护为主"教学模式)和对照组(常规临床护理教学模式),将两组实习护士教学后的临床护理知识掌握程度与带教效果进行比较。结果 根据临床护理知识考核成绩比较发现,观察组实习生的考核成绩明显优于对照组,带教效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 "医护协同以护为主"教学模式在临床护理课程教学中具有积极效果,可以提高带教效果,值得推广与应用于临床护理带教中。

Abstract
Objective To analyze and discuss the evaluation of the teaching mode of "nursing oriented by medical cooperation" in clinical nursing course teaching. Methods 150 cases of practice nurses in the Department of Critical Care Medicine of our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into observation group (teaching mode of "nursing as the primary care") and control group (conventional clinical nursing teaching mode). The degree of clinical nursing knowledge and teaching effect of practice nurses in the two groups were compared. Results According to the comparison of clinical nursing knowledge assessment results, the assessment results of interns in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the teaching effect was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The teaching mode of "nursing as the primary care" has positive effect in clinical nursing teaching, which can improve the teaching effect, and is worth popularizing and applying in clinical nursing teaching.
