摘要
目的 分析积极心理干预在抑郁障碍伴非自杀性自伤行为青少年中的应用效果。方法 本次研究的起始时间为2023年1月份，截止时间为2023年12月份，患者的数量为60例，分成了对照组和实验组，每组有30位患者。对照组：常规护理，实验组：积极心理干预。分析两组患者的抑郁焦虑情况以及TAS评分。结果 实验组抑郁焦虑得到改善，TAS评分显佳，P<0.05。结论 对抑郁障碍伴非自杀性自伤行为的青少年提供积极心理干预，可以改善其抑郁、俯卧情绪，改善其TAS评分，值得提倡。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of positive psychological intervention in adolescents with depressive disorder and non-suicidal self-injury. Methods The starting time of this study was January 2023, and the deadline was December 2023. The number of patients was 60, divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 patients. Control group: usual care, experimental group: positive psychological intervention. Depression and anxiety as well as TAS scores were analyzed in both groups. Results Depression improved in anxiety with good TAS score, P < 0.05. Conclusion Providing positive psychological intervention for adolescents with depressive disorder and non-suicidal NSSI behavior can improve their depression and prone mood, and improve their TAS score, which is worth advocating.
