摘要
目的 分析对接受手术治疗的前列腺癌患者实施延续性护理时应用同伴支持教育的效果。方法 抽取2022年8月~2023年8月期间我院收治的前列腺癌患者80例,均接受了手术治疗,以随机信封法分组,接受常规延续性护理的患者为对照组(n=40),在此基础上增加同伴支持教育的患者为观察组(n=40),对比患者负性情绪、生活质量及心理弹性评分。结果 出院1个月后,观察组患者负性情绪评分低于对照组,生活质量量表中正性条目评分高于对照组,负性条目评分低于对照组,心理弹性评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对前列腺癌术后患者开展延续护理过程中应用同伴支持教育可改善患者的负性情绪及生活质量,强化其心理弹性。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of peer support education on continuous care for prostate cancer patients undergoing surgical treatment. Methods A total of 80 patients with prostate cancer admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023, all of whom received surgical treatment, were divided by random envelope method. Patients receiving conventional continuous care were divided into control group (n = 40), and patients receiving peer support education on this basis were divided into observation group (n = 40). The score of negative emotion, quality of life and mental resilience were compared. Results 1 month after discharge, the negative emotion score of observation group was lower than that of control group, the positive item score of quality of life scale was higher than that of control group, the negative item score was lower than that of control group, and the psychological resilience score was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of peer support education can improve the negative emotions and quality of life of patients with prostate cancer and strengthen their psychological resilience in the process of extended care.
