医护一体化教学模式结合多元化教学方法在儿科临床护理教学中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的 分析在儿科临床护理教学中实施医护一体化教学模式结合多样化教学方式起到的效果及作用。方法 本次实验区间为2022年6月至2023年6月,选择该区间在本院儿科实习的60名护生为观察对象,将按照奇偶数法分为对照组和观察者,前者实习中实施常规教学模式,后者实施医护一体化教学模式结合多元化教学方式,之后对护生考核成绩及核心能力等指标实施对比。结果 对比实验结果可知,观察组护士考核总成绩高于对照组,其核心能力评分也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在儿科临床护理教学中采用医护一体化和多元化教学模式相结合的方式不但能够确保教学质量,也能从有效教学中提升护士的综合能力,具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect and function of the integrated teaching mode combined with diversified teaching methods in pediatric clinical nursing teaching. How The experimental period is from June 2022 to June 2023. 60 nursing students practicing in the pediatrics department of our hospital in this period are selected as the observation objects, and they are divided into control group and observer group according to the odd and even method. The former will implement the conventional teaching mode in the practice, while the latter will implement the integrated teaching mode combined with diversified teaching methods. After that, the assessment results and core competence of nursing students were compared.
Results Compared with the experimental results, the total score of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of medical integration and diversified teaching mode in pediatric clinical nursing teaching can not only ensure the teaching quality, but also improve nurses' comprehensive ability from effective teaching, which has high application value.
