Application of rapid rehabilitation surgical concept in nursing of patients with closed foot and ankle fractures
快速康复外科理念在闭合性足踝骨折患者护理中的应用

摘要

目的 分析和研究为闭合性足踝骨折患者实施快速康复外科理念的护理服务对改善其身体状况起到的效果及作用。方法 本次实验随机选择2022年9月至2023年9月期间在本院收治的60例闭合性足踝骨折患者为观察对象，将所有患者按照奇偶数法分为对照组和观察组，每组人数相同，其中对照组的患者实施护理服务，观察组的患者实施快速康复外科理念的护理干预，之后对两组患者身体状况实施对比。结果 对比实验结果可知，观察组患者治疗基本情况优于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组患者护理期间并发症出现概率为3.33%，对照组为16.66%，数据之间差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论 将快速康复外科理念的护理服务应用于闭合性足踝骨折患者护理中能够为其提供针对性护理，也能从有效护理中缓解疼痛和促进其身体恢复效率。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and study the effect of nursing service of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept on improving the physical condition of patients with closed foot and ankle fracture. How: In this experiment, 60 patients with closed foot and ankle fracture admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were randomly selected as observation objects, and all patients were divided into control group and observation group according to odd-even method, with the same number of patients in each group. Patients in the control group received nursing services, while patients in the observation group received nursing intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery. After that, the physical conditions of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results: Compared with the experimental results, it can be seen that the basic treatment of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The probability of complications in the observation group was 3.33% and that in the control group was 16.66%, with significant difference between the data (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : The application of the nursing service based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the nursing of patients with closed foot and ankle fractures can provide targeted nursing, relieve pain and promote physical recovery efficiency from effective nursing.
