高职护理在线开放课程中融入思政元素的探析

摘要

目的 探讨在高职护理在线课程中(MOOC)融入思政元素的效用价值。方法 此次研究共选取136名高职护理专业学生进行对比实验,根据教学方案的区别进行分组,对照组与观察组各68例学生,均行线上教育,前者学习原版课程,后者基础课程中融入思政元素,对两组教学效果进行评价比较。结果 经实验中各项数据表明,教学前两组学生理论知识、实操技术等考核成绩经对比无统计学意义(P>0.05),而教学后观察组学生各项成绩得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);与此同时相比对照组,观察组学生对教学满意较高(P<0.05);并且教学前两组学生自我导向学习能力各维度评分经对比较为均衡(P>0.05),但在采取不同教学模式后,观察组学生的SRSSDL评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对于高职护理专业学生而言,将思政元素融入高职护理MOOC中可有效提高学生专业素养,帮助其建立正确价值观、职业思维与职业责任感,促进其身心健康发展。

Abstract

Objective To explore the utility value of integrating ideological and political elements into the online course of vocational Nursing (MOOC).
Methods A total of 136 vocational nursing students were selected for comparative experiment in this study and divided into groups according to the differences in teaching plans. 68 students in each control group and observation group received online education. The former learned the original course, while the latter incorporated ideological and political elements into the basic course.
Results The experimental data showed that there was no statistical significance in the examination scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation skills of students in the two groups before teaching (P > 0.05), while the scores of students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after teaching (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the students in the observation group were more satisfied with teaching (P < 0.05). The scores of all dimensions of self-directed learning ability of students in the two groups before teaching were more balanced (P > 0.05), but after adopting different teaching modes, the SRSSDL scores of students in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   For vocational nursing students, integrating ideological and political elements into the MOOC of vocational nursing can effectively improve their professional quality, help them establish correct values, professional thinking and professional responsibility, and promote their physical and mental health development.
