细致化护理肺大疱术后患者的研究

摘要

目的 探究细致化护理肺大疱术后患者的价值。方法 选取我院2021年1月~2024年1月肺大疱术后患者20例为研究对象，数字表法随机分为两组。对照组10例实施常规术后护理，研究组10例实施细致化护理，对比两组术后指标、睡眠质量及术后并发症。结果 术后首次下床时间、住院时间对比，研究组数值低于对照组，（P＜0.05）。干预后睡眠质量评分对比，研究组数值比对照组高，（P＜0.05）。并发症发生率对比，研究组数值低于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 在肺大疱术后护理工作中实施细致化护理具备良好的应用效果，能够对于患者睡眠质量起到有效的改善效果，促进患者术后康复，降低患者术后并发症发生率，为患者带来更加舒适的护理体验，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the value of meticulous care for patients after pulmonary bullae surgery.
Methods 20 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were divided into 10 control groups and 10 study groups according to the random number method. Control group routine postoperative nursing intervention, research group on the basis of routine postoperative nursing intervention increase meticulous nursing measures, compare the two groups of postoperative clinical indicators, including the first bed time, hospital time, compare the two groups of patients before and after the nursing intervention, compare the two groups of patients with postoperative complications.
Results The first time of getting out of bed after surgery and the hospital stay were lower in the study group than in the control group (P < 0.05). The sleep quality score after intervention was higher in the study group than in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications was lower in the study group than in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of meticulous nursing in the postoperative care of pulmonary bullae has good application effects, can effectively improve the patient's sleep quality, promote the patient's postoperative recovery, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and bring the patient more comfortable nursing experience, which is worth promoting.
