摘要
目的 探究健康宣教对初产妇母乳喂养的应用价值。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年12月我院产科纳入的100例初产妇为本次研究目标，按随机分组法为对照组、观察组，每组50例。给予对照组应用常规健康教育干预，给予观察组应用互动式健康教育干预，对比两组患者心理弹性评分及母乳喂养情况评分、护理满意度。结果 护理前，两组患者心理弹性评分及母乳喂养情况评分对比（P＞0.05），无统计学意义；护理后，观察组患者乐观状态、坚韧性、力量性评分均比对照组高（P＜0.05），差异存在统计学意义；观察组患者母乳喂养知识和母乳喂养技巧评分比对照组高（P＜0.05），差异存在统计学意义；观察组护理满意度为98.00%，高于对照组（P＜0.05），差异存在统计学意义。结论 对初产妇母乳喂养应用互动式健康教育干预可改善患者焦虑、抑郁、烦燥等不良心理，使产妇保持乐观状态，提高坚韧度，提高母乳喂养率。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of health education for breastfeeding in primiparous women. Methods 100 cases of primipara included in the obstetrics department of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the goal of this study, including the control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine health education intervention, and the observation group received interactive health education intervention to compare the psychological resilience score and breastfeeding status score of the two groups、Nursing satisfaction. Results Before nursing, the scores of psychological resilience and breastfeeding (P > 0.05); after nursing, optimism, tenacity and strength scores in the observation group (P < 0.05); breastfeeding knowledge and breastfeeding skills in the observation group (P < 0.05)；The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.00%, which was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Interactive health education intervention for primary maternal breastfeeding can improve patients' anxiety, depression, irritability and other bad psychology, keep the puerpera optimistic, improve tenacity, and improve the breastfeeding rate.
