Influence of rehabilitation training on postoperative lumbar disc herniation
康复训练对腰间盘突出症术后的影响

摘要

目的 评估康复训练对腰间盘突出症术后患者的影响。方法 选择我院于2023.01~2024.01，1年内收治的100例，将所有患者随机分配，分为对照组（50例，接受常规康复护理）和观察组（50例，接受康复训练）。对两组患者在护理完成后的效果进行收集和分析。结果 观察组的术后一个月、三个月、六个月和十二个月的疼痛评分 (VAS)、功能评定 (ODI)、生活质量评估 (SF-36均)明显优于对照组。结论 术后康复训练在腰间盘突出症患者的康复过程中具有重要意义。通过针对个体患者的特定情况和康复需求设计的康复方案，可以帮助患者恢复正常活动和功能，减轻疼痛，提高生活质量，并降低再次损伤的风险。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effect of rehabilitation training on postoperative patients with lumbar disc herniation.
Methods 100 patients admitted to our hospital within 1 year from 2023.01 to 2024.01 were selected, and all patients were randomly divided into control group (50 cases, receiving routine rehabilitation nursing) and observation group (50 cases, receiving rehabilitation training). The effects of the two groups of patients after the completion of nursing were collected and analyzed.
Results The pain scale (VAS), functional assessment (ODI) and quality of life assessment (SF-36) of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after surgery.
Conclusion   Postoperative rehabilitation training is of great significance in the rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Through rehabilitation programs designed for the specific circumstances and rehabilitation needs of individual patients, patients can be helped to return to normal activities and function, reduce pain, improve quality of life, and reduce the risk of re-injury.
