Influence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with lumbar disc herniation at night
夜间疼痛中医护理对腰椎间盘突出患者的影响

摘要

目的 探讨夜间疼痛中医护理对腰椎间盘突出患者的影响。方法 取本院2022年1月~2024年1月100例腰椎间盘突出患者随机分组，对照组为常规护理，研究组为夜间疼痛中医护理，比较两组护理效果。结果 两组护理前各评分对比并无明显差异（P＞0.05），两组护理后NRS、JOA 、夜间PSQI评分对比，研究组更优（P＜0.05）；两组护理满意度对比，研究组更高（P＜0.05）。结论 中医护理可有效改善腰椎间盘突出患者夜间疼痛，有助于促进患者腰椎功能恢复，提高患者夜间睡眠质量，临床可结合患者情况灵活应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with lumbar disc herniation at night.
Methods From January 2022 to January 2024, 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: the control group was given routine nursing and the study group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing at night. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.
Results There was no significant difference in scores between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05). The scores of NRS, JOA and PSQI at night after nursing between the two groups were better in the study group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was higher in the study group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Traditional Chinese medicine nursing can effectively improve the night pain of patients with lumbar disc herniation, help to promote the recovery of patients' lumbar function, improve the quality of patients' sleep at night, and can be flexibly applied in combination with patients' conditions.
