Nursing analysis of closed negative pressure aspiration in pediatric orthopedic trauma treatment
封闭式负压吸引术在小儿骨科创伤治疗中的护理分析

摘要

目的 探讨将全面护理干预应用在小儿骨科创伤封闭式负压吸引术治疗中的效用价值。方法 此次研究共选取98例小儿骨科创伤患者进行对比实验，均行封闭式负压吸引术，采取摇号方式根据护理模式的区别进行分组，对照组与观察组各49例患儿，前者沿用常规护理模式，后者实施全面护理干预手段，对两组实际应用效果展开评价。结果 经研究数据表明，观察组换药次数、伤口愈合以及住院时间均短于对照组，与此同时，相比对照组，观察组一次植皮愈合率及总体愈合率均较优（P＜0.05）。结论 对于行封闭式负压吸引术的小儿骨科创伤患者而言，在治疗期间实施全面护理干预可有效减少换药次数，加快伤口愈合时效，提高一次愈合率与总体愈合率，切实缩短住院时间。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of pediatric orthopedic trauma with closed negative pressure aspiration.
Methods In this study, a total of 98 pediatric orthopedic trauma patients were selected for comparative experiments, all of whom were subjected to closed negative pressure suction, and were divided into groups according to the difference in nursing mode by lottery method. 49 children in each control group and observation group, the former followed the conventional nursing mode, and the latter implemented comprehensive nursing intervention means, and the actual application effect of the two groups was evaluated.
Results The study data showed that the dressing change times, wound healing and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group. Meanwhile, the healing rate of one skin graft and the overall healing rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   For pediatric orthopedic trauma patients undergoing closed negative pressure aspiration, the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention during treatment can effectively reduce the number of dressing changes, accelerate wound healing time, improve the rate of primary healing and overall healing, and effectively shorten the length of hospital stay.
