摘要
目的 缩短本院急性胸痛老年患者在急诊救治时滞留时间,优化护理流程,提高病人满意度。方法通过品管圈手法,选取本院2023年1月~2023年5月的急诊胸痛老年患者60例,根据随机表法分为对照组30例(2023年1月~2023年2月)采用常规急诊护理,实验组30例(2023年4月~2023年5月)采用品管圈活动进行分析本院急性胸痛老年患者急诊滞留时间过长的原因进行分析,制定目标,拟定对策实施进行整改,对比两组干预后的救治效果。结果 本院急性胸痛老年患者急诊滞留平均时间由改善前的(59.21±2.12)min降至(42.15±2.10min),实验组急诊平均滞留时间数值短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 品管圈活动在急诊急性胸痛老年患者能够有效缩短急诊平均滞留时间,能够有效应用于急性胸痛老年患者护理流程的优化。提高患者救治率。

Abstract
Objective To shorten the retention time of acute chest pain in emergency treatment, optimize the nursing process and improve patient satisfaction. Methods through the quality control circle technique, select our January 2023-May 2023 in the emergency chest pain elderly patients 60 cases, according to random method divided into a control group 30 cases (January 2023-February 2,2023), experiment group 30 cases (April 2023-May 2023) using the analysis of acute chest pain elderly patients emergency retention time too long, make goals, formulate countermeasures for rectification, compare the treatment effect of the two groups after intervention. Results The mean time of emergency stay in elderly patients with acute chest pain in our hospital decreased from (59.21±2.12) min to (42.15±2.10min), and the mean time in the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Quality control circle activity in the emergency department of elderly patients with acute chest pain can effectively shorten the average emergency department retention time, and can be effectively used to optimize the nursing process of elderly patients with acute chest pain. Improve the patient treatment rate.
