临床护理路径在头颈部肿瘤放疗患者中的应用

摘要

目的 重点观察临床护理路径在头颈部肿瘤放疗患者中的应用价值及影响意义，期待能将所有研究成果应用到实践中去，为临床提供有价值的理论参考与实践依据，为广大患者生命健康保驾护航。方法 本次实验所选病例均为笔者院内收治的头颈部肿瘤病患者，人数共计86例，实验开展期限为2022年11月至2023年11月之间，按照入院顺序的先后进行组间划分，将其中43例患者划为一组，命名为参照组，实施常规护理方案；另外43例患者划为一组，命名为研究组，实施临床护理路径干预，随之进行相关数据的收集整理，比对分析，比对范围涉及：住院时间、并发症发生率、症状自评量表（SCL-90）评分、口腔健康行为情况。结果 实验过后，组间相较，两组差异显现，研究组更优，均体现于上述各项相关指标数值的体现上，P值达小于0.05，存在可比价值。结论 在本次实验中，有针对性的对临床护理路径在头颈部肿瘤放疗患者中的应用效果展开分析研讨，旨在于通过对比方式寻求一种切实可行的方案策略，为头颈部肿瘤放疗患者控制病情进展，维持生命健康，提高生活质量作出贡献。结局所得明确，临床护理路径的应用采纳，不仅能显著减少放疗并发症发生率，改善患者不良心理状态，还可纠正患者口腔健康行为，其应用价值卓越，推广意义深远，值得采纳。

Abstract

The purpose is to observe the application value and influence significance of clinical nursing pathway in patients with head and neck tumor radiotherapy. It is expected to apply all research results to practice, provide valuable theoretical reference and practical basis for clinical practice, and escort the life and health of the majority of patients.
Methods All the cases selected in this experiment were patients with head and neck cancer admitted in the hospital, The total number of 86 cases, The duration of the experiment was between November 2022 and November 2023, Between groups according to the order of admission, 43 of these patients were classified as one group, Named as the reference group, Implementation of a routine care program; Another 43 patients were classified as a single group, Named as the study group, Implementing a clinical care pathway intervention, With this, the collection and collation of relevant data, comparative analysis, The scope of comparison covers: length of hospitalization, complication rate, symptom self-rating scale (SCL-90) score, and oral health behavior.
Results After the experiment, compared with the groups, the difference between the two groups appeared, and the research group was better, which was reflected in the values of the above related indicators. The P value was less than 0.05, with comparable value.
Conclusion   In this experiment, targeted to clinical care pathway in head and neck cancer radiotherapy patients application effect analysis discussion, aims to seek a practical strategy, for head and neck tumor radiotherapy patients control progress, maintain life health, contribute to improve the quality of life. The outcome is clear. The application and adoption of clinical nursing path can not only significantly reduce the incidence of radiotherapy complications, improve the adverse psychological state of patients, but also correct the oral health behavior of patients. Its application value and profound promotion significance are excellent, which is worthy of adoption.
