摘要

目的 探讨应用迷你临床演练评估量化表对儿科规培护士进行培训的效果。方法 选择从2021年7月至2023年6月期间的规培护士28名为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组根据儿科规范化培训计划,采用传统一对一导师带教、理论技能培训考核方法。观察组在对照组的基础上应用“迷你临床演练评估”方式进行临床实践应用能力培训及考核。每名规培护士培训时间为三个月。对比两组规培护士的批判性思维能力、专科核心能力、理论、操作评价。结果 观察组的批判性思维能力、专科核心能力、理论、操作评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 迷你临床演练评估量化表应用于规培护士的轮转培训,效果明显,值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of using mini clinical exercises to evaluate the quantitative scale in training pediatric standardized nurses. Method A total of 28 standardized training nurses from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received traditional one-on-one mentor guidance and theoretical skills training assessment methods according to the pediatric standardized training plan. The observation group applied the "mini clinical exercise evaluation" method on the basis of the control group for clinical practice application ability training and assessment. The training period for each regulated nurse is three months. Compare the critical thinking ability, specialized core ability, theory, operation, and multidimensional satisfaction evaluation of two groups of trained nurses. The observation group had higher scores in critical thinking ability, specialized core ability, theory, operation, and multidimensional satisfaction evaluation than the control group, with P<0.05.
Conclusion   The mini clinical exercise evaluation quantification table is applied to the rotation training of regulated nurses, and the effect is significant, which is worth promoting and applying.
