Application of rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with femoral fracture after operation
快速康复护理对股骨骨折术后患者的应用

摘要

目的 浅析股骨骨折术患者采用快速康复护理理念下护理工作优化的效果，为患者早日康复出院提供医疗专业支持。方法 选取2023年1月～2023年12月收治的股骨骨折术患者60例，对照组采用基础护理；观察组采用快速康复护理，对比临床围术期患者的反馈成效。结果 观察组患者术后VAS评分低于对照组，两组对比差异显著，P＜0.05。在髋关节功能评分（Harris）上、生活独立能力量表（ADL）上，观察组患者两项调研数据高于对照组，两组对比差异显著，P＜0.05。此外，观察组患者并发症率低于对照组，两组对比差异显著，P＜0.05。结论 针对股骨骨折术患者实施快速康复护理的效果显著，有助于缓解患者术后疼痛，促进骨折部位早日愈合，同时有益于提升生活质量，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective Discuss the effect of nursing optimization under the concept of rapid rehabilitation nursing, and provide medical professional support for their early recovery and discharge.
Methods 60 patients with femoral fracture from January 2023 to December 2023, and the control group adopted rapid rehabilitation care to compare the feedback effect of clinical perioperative patients.
Results The postoperative VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the two groups varied significantly, P < 0.05. In the hip function score (Harris) and the life independence scale (ADL), the data of the observation group were higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significantly, P < 0.05. Moreover, the complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significantly, P < 0.05.
Conclusion   The effect of rapid rehabilitation care for femoral fracture patients is remarkable, which is helpful to relieve the postoperative pain of patients, promote the early healing of the fracture site, and improve the quality of life, which is worth promotion and application.
