Clinical observation of wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with auricular point compression bean in the treatment of postoperative pain of tibia and fibula fracture
腕踝针结合耳穴压豆治疗胫腓骨骨折术后疼痛临床观察

摘要

目的 浅析胫腓骨骨折患者采用腕踝针结合耳穴压豆治疗的效果，致力于缓解术后疼痛，提出科学措施。方法 选取2023年1月～2023年12月收治的胫腓骨骨折患者70例，采用随机数字法分为2组，对照组采用止痛药治疗；观察组采用腕踝针结合耳穴压豆治疗，对比患者手术后的疼痛感，以及日常生活能力。结果 观察组患者视觉模拟评分法（VAS）和疼痛分级指数（PRI）评分优于对照组，对比差异显著，P＜0.05；此外，观察组患者日常生活能力评分高于对照组，对比差异显著，P＜0.05。结论 针对胫腓骨骨折患者实施腕踝针结合耳穴压豆治疗的效果显著，有助于缓解术后疼痛问题，改善患者围术期的生活质量，发挥中医治疗的特色与优势，为患者病症缓解提供了新方案，故值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of using wrist and ankle needle combined with ear point pressure bean treatment in patients with tibia and fibula fracture, aiming to relieve postoperative pain and propose scientific measures.
Methods 70 patients with tibia and fibula fractures admitted from January 2023 to December 2,2023 were divided into 2 groups, the control group was treated with analgesics; the observation group used the wrist and ankle needle to compare the pain after surgery and daily living ability.
Results Patients in the observation group's visual analog score (VAS) and pain classification index (PRI) were better than the control group, P < 0.05, the daily living ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05.
Conclusion   The treatment of wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with tibiofibular fracture patients is effective, which is helpful to relieve the postoperative pain, improve the quality of life of patients in the perioperative period, give full play to the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, and provide a new scheme for the relief of patients' diseases, so it is worth promoting and applying.
