Application value of family doctor contract service in community nursing management of elderly patients with hypertension
家庭医生签约服务在老年高血压患者社区护理管理中的应用价值

摘要

目的 验证、分析家庭医生签约服务在老年高血压患者社区护理管理中的应用价值。方法 以2022年12月至2023年12月为限，以110例老年高血压患者为例，以系统抽样法为分组基准，每组划入（n=55），分别定义为参照组与研究组，参照组：行常规护理管理服务；研究组：在上述基础上融入家庭医生签约服务，而后展开分析比对。采用t检测（正态计量数据）；采用χ2检验（计数资料）；计算均数以（x±s）代替。结果 评估过后，不同干预策略的采纳应用，均对患者作用积极，但研究组患者在各项指标的体现上则更显优异（P＜0.05），具备可比优势。均可见于如下方面：血压变化情况、用药依从性、自我管理能力。结论 在老年高血压患者社区护理管理中，家庭医生签约服务的融入与采纳，对患者整体康复效果影响意义显著，即能有效改善患者血压水平，提升用药依从性，还可极大程度增强患者自我管理能力，值得肯定与采纳。

Abstract

Objective To verify and analyze the application value of family doctor contract service in the community nursing management of elderly patients with hypertension.
Methods From December 2022 to December 2023,110 elderly patients with hypertension as examples, with system sampling method as group benchmark, each group (n=55), defined as reference group and study group, reference group: routine care management services; Study group: integrated into the family doctor contract services, and then conduct analysis and comparison. Use t test (normal measurement data); use x2 test (count data); calculate means with (x ± s) instead.
Results After the evaluation, the adoption and application of different intervention strategies were positive for patients, but the study group was more excellent in the embodiment of various indicators (P < 0.05), with comparable advantages. All of these can be seen in the following aspects: blood pressure changes, medication compliance, and self-management ability.
Conclusion   In the community nursing management of elderly patients with hypertension, the integration and adoption of contracted services of family doctors has a significant impact on the overall rehabilitation effect of patients, that is, it can effectively improve the blood pressure level of patients, improve medication compliance, but also greatly enhance the self-management ability of patients, which is worthy of affirmation and adoption.
