The application of comfort nursing in the care of femoral neck fracture
舒适护理在股骨颈骨折护理中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨在股骨颈骨折患者中实施舒适护理的效果及价值。方法 以2023年1月~2023年12月为研究时段，筛选此时间段内68例股骨颈骨折患者作为试验对象，组别设置为对照组（n=34，常规护理）与研究组（n=34，舒适护理），以电脑随机抽签法为分组方式。从不同阶段患者髋关节功能、疼痛情况以及并发症发生情况、护理满意度四个方面综合评价两组患者护理效果。结果 干预前，对比两组患者各指标并无显著性差异（P＞0.05），两组患者干预后1周、2周、3周Harris评分、VAS评分对比，经 t 验证，组间差异显著（P＜0.05），研究组Harris评分更高，而VAS评分则更低；两组患者并发症总发生率、护理满意度对比，经 x2 验证，组间差异显著（P＜0.05），研究组并发症总发生率更低，护理满意度较高。结论 股骨颈骨折患者正遭受生理与心理的双重折磨，实施舒适护理可提高患者治疗舒适度，从而使患者积极配合治疗，有助于减轻患者痛苦，促进患者髋关节功能恢复。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect and value of comfort nursing in patients with femoral neck fracture.
Methods During the study period from January 2023 to December 2023, 68 patients with femoral neck fracture were selected as test subjects, and the groups were divided into control group (n=34, conventional care) and study group (n=34, comfort care), and the method of computer random drawing was used as the grouping method. The nursing effect of the two groups was evaluated comprehensively from four aspects of hip joint function, pain and complications at different stages, and nursing satisfaction.
Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in various indexes between the two groups (P > 0.05). The comparison of Harris score and VAS score between the two groups at 1, 2 and 3 weeks after intervention was verified by t (P < 0.05). The Harris score of the study group was higher, while the VAS score was lower. The total complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared, and the x2 verification showed significant differences between the two groups (P < 0.05). The total complication rate of the study group was lower and nursing satisfaction was higher.
Conclusion   The patients with femoral neck fracture are suffering from both physical and psychological torture. The implementation of comfortable nursing can improve the treatment comfort of patients, so that patients can actively cooperate with the treatment, help to reduce the pain of patients and promote the recovery of hip joint function.
