摘要
目的 观察分析俯卧位通气干预护理在撤机困难新生儿支气管肺发育不良中的应用效果。方法 回顾2023年我院治疗的80例患儿，分为对照组（40例）与观察组（40例），分别采取常规护理和俯卧位通气干预护理。结果 护理后患儿肺功能等相关指标比较，观察组均好于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 俯卧位通气干预护理可有效改善患儿的肺部功能，减少氧暴露和机械通气时间，临床具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of prone ventilation intervention in newborns with difficult evacuation. Methods A review of 80 children treated in our hospital in 2023 was divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases), with routine nursing and prone ventilation intervention nursing respectively. Results The children in the observation group showed good indicators and lung function recovery, and the difference between the control group showed statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Prone ventilation intervention can effectively improve lung function, reduce oxygen exposure and mechanical ventilation time, and has high clinical application value.
