摘要
目的 探讨瓣膜心脏手术护理中精细化管理的效果。方法 选取2023年1月~2023年12月行瓣膜心脏手术患者120例，随机分为观察组（精细化管理）和对照组（常规护理）各60例，对比效果。结果 观察组围术期指标、不良情绪评分低于对照组，组间对比（P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率1.67%低于对照组18.18%，组间对比（P<0.05）；观察组生活质量高于对照组，组间对比（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度98.33%高于对照组83.33%，组间对比（P<0.05）。结论 精细化管理可提升瓣膜心脏手术护理效果，减少并发症。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of meticulous management in nursing care of valvular heart surgery. Methods 120 patients undergoing valvular heart surgery from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into observation group (fine management) and control group (routine care), with 60 cases in each group, and the effects were compared. Results The perioperative indicators and adverse mood scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the comparison between groups was (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.67% lower than that in the control group (18.18%), and the comparison between groups was (P<0.05).
