Effect of continuity care on cardiac function and self-management ability in patients with chronic heart failure with arrhythmia
延续性护理对慢性心衰合并心律失常患者心功能及自我管理能力的影响

摘要

目的 进一步深入细致的分析探讨延续性护理服务对慢性心衰合并心律失常患者心功能及自我管理能力的影响。希望可以为领域研究贡献些许力量，为广大患者提供最优质的干预策略，推进其恢复健康的速度。方法 有针对性的选择2022年8月至2023年8月这个时间范围内，在我院接受治疗的90例慢性心衰合并心律失常患者为研究对象，针对他们的临床资料展开回顾性分析，按照入院顺序的先后进行组间划分，参照组与研究组组各包含患者45例，其中，参照组患者：采用的是常规干预策略进行护理，研究组患者：采用的是常规护理+延续性干预策略。切实有效的干预过后，对两组呈现的相关数据进行收集整理、归纳统计、予以比对。采用t检测（正态计量数据）；采用χ2检验（计数资料）；计算均数以（-x±s）代替。比对数据包含：干预前后LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD、NT-proBNP指标水平，同时，采用自我管理行为测定量表（ESCA），对患者自我管理行为进行评估对比。结果 研究组患者在各项指标数值的呈现上均显优参照组，P值可达小于0.05标准，极具可比性，值得探讨研究。结论 在本次实验中，重点针对延续性护理服务在慢性心衰合并心律失常患者心功能及自我管理能力方面的影响价值展开分析比对，目的在于为此类患者寻求一种切实可行的护理方案，结果收效可人，相比常规护理服务，延续性干预策略不仅能够有效改善患者心功能指标，提高患者自我管理能力，还可极大提高护理满意度，其应用价值突出且卓越，影响意义巨大且深远，值得采纳。

Abstract

Objective: To further analyze the influence of continuous care service on cardiac function and self-management ability in chronic heart failure patients with arrhythmia. It is hoped that it can contribute some strength to the field of research, provide the best quality intervention strategies for the majority of patients, and promote the speed of their recovery.
Methods: targeted selection from August 2022 to August 2023, in our treatment of chronic heart failure with arrhythmia 90 patients for the study object, for their clinical data retrospective analysis, according to the admission sequence between groups, reference group and study group contains 45 patients, among them, the reference group of patients: is a routine intervention strategy for nursing, research group patients: using routine care + continuity intervention strategy. After effective intervention, the relevant data presented by the two groups were collected, sorted, summarized and compared. Use t test (normal measurement data); use χ2 test (count data); calculate the mean with (-x±s) instead. The comparison data included: LVEF, LVEDD, LVESD, and NT-proBNP index levels before and after the intervention, and the patient self-management behavior was evaluated using the self-management Behavior Measurement Scale (ESCA).
Results: The patients in the study group showed excellent reference group in the presentation of various indicators, and the P value could reach less than 0.05 standard, which was highly comparable and worth exploring and research.
Conclusion  : in this experiment, focusing on continuity care services in chronic heart failure with arrhythmia heart function and self management ability influence value analysis, the purpose is to help such patients for a practical nursing plan, the results, compared with routine nursing services, continuity intervention strategy can not only effectively improve patient heart function index, improve patient self management ability, also can greatly improve nursing satisfaction, its application value is outstanding and excellent, significant and far-reaching, is worth adopting.
