Application analysis of cognitive behavioral intervention in nursing care of cardiac intervention surgery
认知行为干预在心脏介入术护理中的应用分析

摘要

目的 分析认知行为干预在心脏介入术护理中的应用效果。方法 选用2021年9月至2022年6月期间，将于我院实施心脏介入术的140例患者，按照入院先后顺序分为研究组与参照组各70例，予以不同护理措施后对比两组的心理状态水平、并发症发生率、生活质量水平、心功能指标。结果 研究组患者的心理状态水平优于参照组，并发症发生率低于参照组，生活质量水平高于参照组，心功能指标高于参照组，呈P<0.05。结论 认知行为干预的采用，能够促进患者心理状态水平的恢复、降低并发症发生率、提高生活质量水平及心功能指标，能够促进健康的恢复，可予以广泛使用。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the application effect of cognitive behavioral intervention in cardiac intervention nursing. Method: A total of 140 patients who will undergo cardiac interventional surgery in our hospital from September 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the study group and the reference group, each with 70 cases, according to the order of admission. After different nursing measures, the psychological status, complication rate, quality of life and cardiac function indexes of the two groups were compared. Result: The mental state level of the study group was better than that of the reference group, the complication rate was lower than that of the reference group, the quality of life level was higher than that of the reference group, and the cardiac function index was higher than that of the reference group, with P<0.05.
Conclusion  : The application of cognitive behavioral intervention can promote the recovery of patients' mental state, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life and cardiac function indicators, and promote the recovery of health, so it can be widely used.
