A study on the prevention of lower limb deep vein thrombosis after cesarean section through position intervention and postpartum rehabilitation nursing
体位干预+产后康复护理预防剖宫产后下肢深静脉血栓的研究

摘要

目的 分析体位干预+产后康复护理对剖宫产后下肢深静脉血栓的预防效果。方法 将我院在2021年3月到2022年4月期间收治的120例剖宫产产妇按照入院先后顺序分为实验组（体位干预+产后康复护理）与对比组（常规护理）各60例，比较两组给予不同干预方案后的凝血功能差异，以及安全性的评价。结果 实验组凝血指标改善情况优于对比组，且该组仅有1例并发症，相较对照组的7例，其总发生率明显低于对比组，呈P<0.05，组间差异有统计学意义。结论 体位干预与产后康复护理的联合应用，可促进凝血指标的健康恢复降低并发症发生率，实现预防剖宫产后下肢深静脉血栓的效果。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the preventive effect of position intervention and postpartum rehabilitation nursing on lower limb deep vein thrombosis after cesarean section. Method: According to the order of admission, 120 cases of parturients with cesarean section admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to April 2022 were divided into the experimental group (postural intervention + postpartum rehabilitation nursing) and the comparison group (routine nursing) with 60 cases each. The differences in coagulation function between the two groups after different intervention schemes were compared, as well as the evaluation of safety. Result: The improvement of coagulation index in the experimental group was better than that in the comparison group, and there was only 1 complication in this group, compared with 7 cases in the control group, the total incidence was significantly lower than that in the comparison group, P<0.05, and the difference between groups was statistically significant.
Conclusion  : The combination of position intervention and postpartum rehabilitation nursing can promote the healthy recovery of coagulation indicators, reduce the incidence of complications, and achieve the effect of preventing deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs after cesarean section.
