Impact of a targeted nursing intervention in patients undergoing postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation
针对性护理干预对产后盆底康复患者的影响

摘要

目的 本次针对产后盆底康复患者展开临床研究，并结合相关数据，分析针对性护理干预的临床应用价值，探讨对患者盆底肌康复及生活质量的影响。方法 采集2022年1月-2023年1月于我院产后盆底功能障碍患者病例（100例），判定符合纳入标准且我院伦理委员会审核通过后进行分组研究，目的是采用区别护理措施，观察对患者的影响，常规护理纳入参照组（50例）、针对性护理干预纳入研究组（50例），统计两组患者包括心理状态评分、并发症、盆底肌恢复情况、生活质量、患者满意度在内的各项相关数据。结果 两组数据对比，护理后，患者SAS、SDS评分研究组低于参照组，Ⅰ类肌纤维收缩持续时间、Ⅱ类肌纤维收缩个数数据研究组高于参照组（P＜0.05）；患者并发症发生率研究组对比参照组显低（P＜0.05）；患者生活质量评分研究组对比参照组显高（P＜0.05）；患者满意率研究组对比参照组显高（P＜0.05）。结论 针对产后盆底康复患者采用针对性护理干预，有助于患者改善心态，从而积极配合治疗，患者盆底肌恢复情况良好，并且并发症较少，提升临床治疗安全性，改善生活质量，让患者切实感到满意，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To conduct a clinical study on postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation patients, combined with relevant data, analyze the clinical application value of targeted nursing intervention, and explore the impact on pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation and quality of life.
Methods Cases were collected from January 2022 to January 2023, and the purpose of the study was to adopt different nursing measures to observe the influence on patients, routine nursing care in the reference group (50 cases), targeted nursing intervention (50 cases), and statistical data including psychological status score, complications, pelvic floor muscle recovery, quality of life, and patient satisfaction.
Results After the comparison of the two groups, the patient SAS and SDS scores were lower than the reference group, the duration of class I muscle fiber contraction and the number of myofiber contraction in the study group exceeded the reference group (P <0.05); the study group was lower (P <0.05); the study group exceeded the reference group (P <0.05); and the patient satisfaction rate in the study group was higher than the reference group (P <0.05).
Conclusion   The targeted nursing intervention for postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation patients is helpful for patients to improve their mentality, so as to actively cooperate with the treatment. Patients' pelvic floor muscles recover well, and have fewer complications, improve the clinical treatment safety, improve the quality of life, and make patients feel satisfied, which is worthy of promotion and application.
