Observe the targeted effect of adverse effects of chemotherapy on sleep quality and nursing effect in patients with advanced tumor
观察晚期肿瘤患者化疗不良反应对睡眠质量及护理效果的针对性影响

摘要

目的 研究并观察晚期肿瘤患者化疗不良反应对睡眠质量及护理效果的针对性影响。方法 选择2021年10月至2023年10月在我院就医的80位肿瘤晚期患者，分成两组。研究组患者采用针对性护理干预措施，参照组患者仅采用常规护理干预措施，观察两组患者的睡眠质量和护理效果。结果 （1）两组患者护理干预前的生活质量评分和临床相关指标无显著差异性，护理干预后虽都有改善，但研究组的社会功能、生理功能、情感职能、健康精神等生活质量评分均高于参照组，而对比夜间苏醒次数和入睡时间后研究组小于参照组，同时睡眠时间和睡眠质量组间比较后研究组高于参照组，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。（2）研究组患者的综合护理满意率为95.00%、有效率为100.00%，高于参照组的77.50%、90.00%，而不良反应发生率研究组仅为5.00%低于参照组20.00%，对比结果差异性不存在，同时P<0.05，没有统计学意义。结论 对晚期肿瘤化疗患者施以针对性的护理干预措施，能有效降低不良反应对睡眠质量的影响，显著提高患者的生活质量，对综合护理满意度和综合治疗有效率有明显的提高作用，帮助患者恢复，值得在临床护理中推广。

Abstract

Objective: To study and observe the adverse effects of chemotherapy on sleep quality and nursing effect in advanced tumor patients.
Methods: The 80 patients with advanced tumor who sought medical treatment in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups. Patients in the study group adopted targeted nursing intervention, and the reference group only used routine nursing intervention to observe the sleep quality and nursing effect of the two groups.
Results: (1) two groups of life quality score and clinical related indicators before nursing intervention has no significant difference, although nursing intervention has improved, but the study group of social function, physiological function, emotional function, healthy mental quality of life score are higher than the reference group, and after the night and the sleep time, and the sleep time and sleep quality group is higher than the reference group, statistical significance (P <0.05).(2) The satisfaction rate of comprehensive nursing of patients in the study group was 95.00% and the response rate was 100.00%, which was higher than the 77.50% and 90.00% of the reference group, while the incidence rate of adverse reactions was only 5.00% was lower than the reference group 20.00%. The difference of comparison results did not exist, and P <0.05, which had no statistical significance.
Conclusion  : The targeted nursing intervention measures for patients with advanced tumor chemotherapy can effectively reduce the impact of adverse reactions on sleep quality, significantly improve the quality of life of patients, significantly improve the satisfaction of comprehensive nursing and the efficiency of comprehensive treatment, and help patients recover, which is worth promoting in clinical nursing.
