健康教育护理在狂犬病预防接种中的作用

摘要

目的 分析在狂犬病预防接种患者中开展健康教育护理的临床作用。方法 随机选取2022年10月至2023年10月期间在我院接受狂犬病预防接种患者420例,将入选的病例运用随机数字表法分成两组开展护理研究,组别为观察组与对照组,每组中患者人数为210例,对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者加强健康教育护理干预,将两种护理模式取得的临床效果进行详细对比。结果 护理后组间各项指标经过对比发现,观察组患者对狂犬病预防知识掌握度、护理依从性、自我管理能力同对照组相比均显著提升,患者焦虑情绪改善效果优于对照组,预防接种不良反应发生率与对照组相比降低,最终获得的护理满意度高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论 在狂犬病预防接种患者中开展健康教育护理干预,可有效提升临床护理质量,增强患者对狂犬病预防知识掌握度、护理依从性以及自护能力,从而减轻临床护理工作难度,降低预防接种不良反应发生率,使临床护理工作得到患者的认可及满意。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the clinical role of health education and nursing in rabies vaccination patients. Method: 420 patients who received rabies vaccination in our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were randomly selected. The selected cases were divided into two groups using a random number table method for nursing research, the observation group and the control group, with 210 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received strengthened health education and nursing intervention. The clinical effects of the two nursing modes were compared in detail. After comparison of various indicators between groups after nursing, it was found that the observation group had significantly improved mastery of rabies prevention knowledge, nursing compliance, and self-management ability compared to the control group. The improvement effect of patient anxiety was better than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions to vaccination was lower than that of the control group. The final nursing satisfaction obtained was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Carrying out health education and nursing interventions in rabies vaccination patients can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing, enhance patients' mastery of rabies prevention knowledge, nursing compliance, and self-care ability, thereby reducing the difficulty of clinical nursing work, reducing the incidence of adverse reactions to vaccination, and making clinical nursing work recognized and satisfied by patients.
