摘要
目的 分析肾癌根治术患者疾病干预中全程护理干预的UI患者围术期干预的效果。方法 此研究设定时间2023年1月-12月，被研究人员及例数：肾癌根治术患者68例，研究所需方法数字表法，通过利用随机方法，将病人划分为对照与观察分别34例。对照组采取常规护理方法开展干预，观察组为全程护理，分析比对此次研究中护理满意水平、术后身体恢复情况、心理状态情况等。结果 干预前两组HAMD、HAMA评分无显著差异，干预后HAMD、HAMA评分低于干预前，观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组术后肛门排气时间、导尿管拔除时间、首次活动时间、睡眠时间和住院时间比对照组短（P<0.05）；观察组满意水平相较于组间更高（P<0.05）。结论 在腹腔镜下肾癌根治术患者疾病干预中利用全程护理，能够显著提升护理满意度，优化心理状态，促进患者术后身体恢复。

Abstract
Objective: To analyze the effect of perioperative intervention on UI patients undergoing full course nursing intervention in disease intervention for patients undergoing radical nephrectomy for renal cancer. Method: This study was conducted from January to December 2023, with 68 patients undergoing radical nephrectomy for renal cancer. The required method for the study was the number table method. By using a random method, the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group of 34 patients, respectively. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received full course nursing. The level of nursing satisfaction, postoperative physical recovery, and psychological status in this study were analyzed and compared. Result: There was no significant difference in HAMD and HAMA scores between the two groups before intervention. After intervention, the HAMD and HAMA scores were lower than before intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05); The time of anal discharge, catheter removal, first activity, sleep and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05); The satisfaction level of the observation group was higher than that between groups (P<0.05). Conclusion : The use of full process nursing in disease intervention for laparoscopic radical nephrectomy patients can significantly improve nursing satisfaction, optimize psychological status, and promote postoperative physical recovery.
