Application of case management model in patients with breast cancer
个案管理模式在乳腺癌患者中的应用

摘要

乳腺癌作为一种普遍存在的恶性肿瘤，已经成为对女性生命和健康构成重大威胁的疾病之一。在最近的几年中，乳腺癌的患病率持续增长，并在所有恶性肿瘤中占据了相当大的比例。在过去的临床实践中，乳腺癌的治疗主要依赖于手术。但随着医学技术的持续进步，治疗方法也变得更为丰富，从传统的手术治疗逐步扩展到了放疗、化疗和手术等多种治疗方式。随着医疗技术的飞速进步，为乳腺癌患者提供高效的护理措施变得尤为关键[1]。在最近几年中，我院在乳腺癌患者护理中采用了个案管理方法，并取得了明显的效果，现将应用体会报告如下。

Abstract

Breast cancer, as a common malignant tumor, has become one of the diseases that pose a major threat to women's life and health. In recent years, the prevalence of breast cancer has continued to grow and accounts for a considerable proportion of all malignant tumors. In the past clinical practice, the treatment of breast cancer mainly depended on surgery. But with the continuous advancement of medical technology, treatment methods have become more diverse, gradually expanding from traditional surgical treatment to various treatment methods such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and surgery. With the rapid progress of medical technology, it is particularly critical to provide efficient nursing measures for breast cancer patients [1]. In recent years, our hospital has adopted case management method in the nursing of breast cancer patients, and has achieved obvious results. Now we report our experience in this application as follows.
