Application of lean management model in reducing the drug dispensing error rate in intravenous dispensing center
精益管理模式在降低静配中心药物调配差错率中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨精益管理模式应用在静配中心药物调配差错率中的降低作用。方法 选择我院2023年1月-2023年5月收治的450例患者进行回顾性分析，将其纳入对照组，实施基础管理模式，并在2023年6月-2023年10月收治的450例患者作为研究组，实施精益管理模式，比较两组的排药时间、差错率以及服务质量、配药差错率、服务满意度。结果 研究组排药/配药差错率低于对照组，研究组服务满意度高于对照组，研究组排药时间短于对照组，服务质量优于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在静配中心药物调配中实施精益管理模式可降低调配差错率，缩短排药时间，提升服务质量，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of lean management model on reducing the drug dispensing error rate in the intravenous dispensing center. How: A retrospective analysis was performed on 450 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to May 2023, who were included in the control group and implemented the basic management mode, and 450 patients admitted from June 2023 to October 2023 were selected as the study group and implemented the lean management mode. The dispensing time, error rate, service quality, dispensing error rate and service satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results: The drug dispensing/dispensing error rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the service satisfaction of the study group was higher, the drug dispensing time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group, and the service quality was better than that of the control group, P<0.05.
Conclusion  : Implementing lean management mode in drug dispensing center can reduce dispensing error rate, shorten dispensing time, improve service quality, which is worth popularizing and applying.
