Effect of nursing intervention on treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with chronic hepatitis B
慢性乙肝患者护理干预对治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 分别对慢性乙肝患者采用不同的护理干预方式，探究护理干预方式对患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法 将我院收治的100例慢性乙肝患者作为研究对象，研究时间为2021年6月至2023年6月，采用随机分配的方式将其均分为两组，分别对其采用不同的护理干预方式，采用传统护理干预的小组为传统组，病例数为50；采用全面护理干预的小组为干预组，病例数为50。记录两组患者的临床治疗依从性及生活质量评分。结果 干预组患者的临床治疗依从性显著较高，且其各项生活质量评分及护理满意情况评分均显著高于传统组患者，两组间具有显著差异，P＜0.05有意义。结论 对慢性乙肝患者实施有效地护理干预可以加强与患者及其家属的沟通与交流，同时通过各种形式的健康教育活动，也可使患者及其家属充分了解慢性乙肝的自我护理方法，有效提高其治疗依从性及生活质量，帮助其树立战胜疾病的信心。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of different nursing intervention methods on the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with chronic hepatitis B.
Methods 100 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to our hospital were taken as the research object, and the research time was from June 2021 to June 2023. They were randomly divided into two groups. Different nursing intervention methods were used for them. The traditional nursing intervention group was the traditional group, and the number of cases was 50; The group using comprehensive nursing intervention is the intervention group, with a total of 50 cases. Record the clinical treatment compliance and quality of life scores of two groups of patients. The clinical treatment compliance of the intervention group patients was significantly higher, and their quality of life scores were significantly higher than those of the traditional group patients. There was a significant difference between the two groups, with P<0.05 being significant.
Conclusion   Effective nursing intervention for patients with chronic hepatitis B can strengthen the communication and exchange with patients and their families. At the same time, through various forms of health education activities, patients and their families can also fully understand the self-care methods of chronic hepatitis B, effectively improve their treatment compliance and quality of life, and help them establish confidence to overcome the disease.
