结核病病人急诊就诊的临床特点及其护理研究

摘要

目的 分析结核病病人急诊就诊的临床特点和护理。方法 针对2021年5月~2022年6月我院急诊就诊的120例结核病病人，对所有病人的主诉情况及采取相应的护理方法进行回顾性的分析。结果 结核病病人主诉统计，排名前五的为咯血、胸闷气喘、发热、咳嗽咳痰、头痛头晕，累计构成比为88.33%。青年和老年结核病病人占比居多，分别为35.00%和42.50%，住院率为58.33%。结论 急诊护士应对病人咯血、胸闷气喘、发热、咳嗽咳痰、头痛头晕等病人主诉的症状进行详细的掌握，针对其病情症状采取针对性的护理措施和救治方案，使病人能够得到及时的救治，使治疗的成功率得到提升。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and nursing care of tuberculosis patients in emergency treatment.
Methods 120 cases of tuberculosis patients in the emergency department of our hospital from May 2021 to June 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.
Results According to the statistics of chief complaints of tuberculosis patients, the top five were hemoptysis, chest distress and asthma, fever, cough and sputum, headache and dizziness, with a cumulative constituent ratio of 88.33%. Young and old tuberculosis patients accounted for the majority, 35.00% and 42.50% respectively, and the hospitalization rate was 58.33%.
Conclusion   Emergency nurses should have a detailed understanding of the symptoms complained by patients, such as hemoptysis, chest tightness, wheezing, fever, cough and phlegm, headache and dizziness. Targeted nursing measures and treatment plans should be taken based on their symptoms, so that patients can receive timely treatment and the success rate of treatment can be improved.
