Intervention effect of perioperative individualized psychological nursing on patients with lung cancer
围术期个性化心理护理对肺癌患者的干预效果

摘要

目的 观察分析对肺癌患者实施围术期个性化心理护理的临床效果和应用价值。方法 选择我院于 2021 年 10 月至 2023 年 10 月内就诊的 100 例肺癌患者，随机分为对照组（50 例，常规护理）和实验组（50 例， 围术期个性化心理护理），收集分析护理效果。结果 两组负性情绪评分均降低，护理后实验组的负性情绪评分更 低，护理后实验组的术后下床活动时间、实施心电监控时间、住院时间更短，生活质量评分更高，护理满意度更 高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 围术期个性化心理护理可以有效提高肺癌患者生活质量，改善负性情 绪，缩短恢复时间，提高护理满意度，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of perioperative individualized psychological nursing for patients with lung cancer.
Methods 100 patients with lung cancer treated in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were randomly divided into control group (50 cases, routine nursing) and experimental group (50 cases, perioperative personalized psychological nursing), and the nursing effects were collected and analyzed.
Results The negative emotion score of both groups decreased, the negative emotion score of the experimental group was lower after nursing, and the postoperative activity time, ECG monitoring time and hospital stay of the experimental group after nursing were shorter, the quality of life score was higher, and the nursing satisfaction was higher, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Perioperative individualized psychological nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with lung cancer, improve negative emotions, shorten recovery time, improve nursing satisfaction, and have high application value.
