摘要

目的 进一步深入细致的分析和探讨手术室预防性护理对下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）形成的影响意义， 旨在推进此领域研究的发展进程，为临床提供有效参考借鉴。方法 实验以对照模式展开，将 2022 年 7 月至 2023 年 7 月设为研究期限，将 70 例手术患者设为分析样本，按照数字编号法进行小组划分，1--70 随机编号，取单双 号均分为两组，并将不同干预方案应用于两组之间，单号组（n=35）：提供常规干预策略；双号组（n=35）：提 供预防性护理干预策略，而后进行数据收集、资料统计，整合阐述，采用 t 检测（正态计量数据）；采用χ2 检验 （计数资料）；计算均数以（χ±s）代替。。结果 统计学评估后发现：两组所获效果差异显著，双号组采取方 案更具可实施性，患者在下肢深静脉血栓发生率及护理质量评分、护理满意度方面均显优单号组，P 值达小于 0.05 标准。具备可比优势，值得探讨。结论 在本次研究中，针对性的对两种护理方案展开分析研讨，使得预防性干 预策略的优异性显露无疑，即能有效抑制下肢深静脉血栓形成，还可使护理质量有效提高，促进护患关系和谐， 赢得患者满意度提升，值得肯定与赞许，建议优先选择，广泛推行于各个科室，为患者创造福音。

Abstract

Objective To further analyze and explore the influence of preventive nursing in the operating room on the formation of deep vein thrombosis (DVT), to promote the development process of research in this field and provide effective reference for clinical practice.
Methods The experiment was developed in a control mode, 2023 July 2022 to July 2023, The 70 surgical patients were set as analytical samples, According to the numbering method, 1- -70 Random number, The single and double numbers were divided into two groups, And applied the different intervention programs between the two groups, Single number group (n=35): to provide a routine intervention strategy; Double group (n=35): to provide a preventive nursing intervention strategy, Then the data collection, data statistics, Integrated elaboration, Using t detection (normal measurement data); Use χ2 test (count data); The calculated mean is replaced by (χ±s). .
Results After statistical evaluation, it was found that the effects of the two groups were significantly different, and the double group was more feasible. The patients were excellent in the incidence of deep vein thrombosis, quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction, and the P-value was less than 0.05 standard. Having comparable advantages is worth discussing.
Conclusion   in this study, targeted analysis of two kinds of nursing plan, makes the superiority of preventive intervention strategy, which can effectively inhibit lower limb deep vein thrombosis, also can make the nursing quality effectively improve, promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, win patient satisfaction, positive and praise, suggest priority, widely implemented in each department, to create the Gospel for patients.
