The Effect of Respiratory Care on the Prevention of Nosocomial Respiratory Tract Infection in Patients withAcute Left Heart Failure
呼吸护理对急性左心力衰竭患者预防院内呼吸道感染的影响

摘要

目的 探究呼吸护理在急性左心力衰竭患者中预防院内呼吸道感染的价值。方法 56 例急性左心力 衰竭患者取自 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月期间，采取随机数字表法分为参考组（28 例）及实验组（28 例）。其中参 考组行常规护理，实验组行呼吸护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 院内呼吸道感染发生率对比发现，实验组低于 参考组（P＜0.05）。护理满意度对比发现，实验组高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 呼吸护理有助于降低急性左心力 衰竭患者发生院内呼吸道感染，为此患者较为满意。

Abstract

Objective To explore the value of respiratory care in preventing nosocomial respiratory tract infections in patients with acute left heart failure. Method 56 patients with acute left heart failure were randomly divided into a reference group (28 cases) and an experimental group (28 cases) using a random number table method from January 2021 to January 2022. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received respiratory care, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Result The comparison of the incidence of respiratory tract infections in the hospital showed that the experimental group was lower than the reference group (P<0.05). The comparison of nursing satisfaction found that the experimental group was higher than the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Respiratory care can help reduce the incidence of hospital respiratory tract infections in patients with acute left heart failure, and patients are more satisfied with this.
