A Study on the Nursing Mode and Path Optimization of Radiotherapy Patients Combined with TraditionalChinese Medicine Treatment
放疗患者结合中医治疗的护理模式与路径优化研究

摘要

目的 分析放疗患者结合中医治疗的护理模式与路径优化研究。方法 选择术后放疗的乳腺癌患者 80 例为研究对象，按随机双盲原则分为对照组与观察组各 40 例，对照组采取常规护理，观察组实施中医治疗护 理，对比两组负性情绪改善情况、生活质量评分。结果 观察组患者负性情绪改善效果显著优于对照组，观察组 患者生活质量评分显著优于对照组，组间数据有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论 对于乳腺癌术后患者在进行常规护 理的过程中，进一步采用中医治疗护理能够更有效的改善患者负性情绪，使患者获得良好的康复治疗，在生活质 量评分方面得到显著提高，因此中医治疗护理应用于乳腺癌术后放疗患者具有显著的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the nursing mode and path optimization research of radiotherapy patients combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
Methods 80 patients with breast cancer who received postoperative radiotherapy were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 40 patients in each group according to the double-blind principle. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine treatment and nursing. The improvement of negative emotions and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared. Result The improvement effect of negative emotions in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the quality of life score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group. There was statistical significance in the inter group data, P<0.05.
Conclusion   In the process of routine nursing care for patients with breast cancer after surgery, further use of TCM treatment and nursing can more effectively improve the negative emotions of patients, enable patients to obtain good rehabilitation treatment, and significantly improve the quality of life scores. Therefore, the application of TCM treatment and nursing to patients with breast cancer after surgery for radiotherapy has significant application value.
