Observation on the effect of nursing management to implement quality nursing service in gynecological ward
护理管理对妇科病房实施优质护理服务的效果观察

摘要

目的 本文通过对妇科病房实施优质护理服务的效果进行观察和分析，旨在探讨护理管理对提升护 理服务质量和患者满意度的重要作用。方法 选择 2019 年 1 月至 2022 年 12 月在我院妇科接受治疗的 90 例患者 参与研究，45 例列为对照组实施常规护理，另 45 例列为观察组实施优质护理服务。比较两组护理效果。结果 观 察组患者护理满意度与护理质量指标评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Ｐ＜0.05）。结论 为妇科患者实 施优质护理服务，可以提高护理工作质量，进而能够提高患者护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective Through the observation and analysis of the effect of implementing high-quality nursing services in gynecological wards, this paper aims to explore the important role of nursing management in improving the quality of nursing services and patient satisfaction.
Methods 90 patients who received treatment in the gynecology department of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected to participate in the study, 45 patients were included in the control group for routine nursing, and 45 patients were included in the observation group for high-quality nursing services. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.
Results Nursing satisfaction and nursing quality index scores in observation group were higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of high-quality nursing services for gynecological patients can improve the quality of nursing work, and then improve the satisfaction of patients' nursing.
